Visit the L.A. Zoo: Animals Aglow!

Disneyland, Sea World, Knott's Berry Farm, and Universal Studios (and many others) are known amusement parks that have transformed their magical, thrilling, and awe-inspiring worlds into holiday playgrounds for you to come and enjoy! However, one place that should not be overlooked and is equally as remarkable is the L.A. Zoo: Animals Aglow event! Although they are closed most Mondays & Tuesdays and on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, you can find this event open and in full swing all other days from 6 pm-10 pm until January 22, 2023! During this event, you will take a self-guided 60-90 minute stroll through wildlife-inspired lantern displays, interactive elements, and fabulous photo ops (for your posting pleasures!)

Santa Ana Winter Village

The Santa Ana Winter Village will take place at the Santa Ana Civic Center Plaza from Thursday, December 8, 2022, until Thursday, January 8, 2023. Come and enjoy family fun as you experience a joy one wouldn't think possible in southern California, Ice-Skating! The Civic Center will be transformed into a winter wonderland with ice skating, breakfast with Santa, the perfect spot for date nights, Christmas lights, holiday decorations, a festive trackless train, and much more! And want to hear something that makes it even better? Admission and family activities such as story time with Mrs. Claus, meeting Santa Claus, and live entertainment is accessible at no cost to attendees. Stand Up Paddle With Santa Claus!

Have you ever dreamed of stand-up paddling with good ol' Santa Claus? Well, now's your chance! On Saturday, December 10, from 11:00 am-12:00 pm, you can paddle with Santa as he visits without his sleigh! Visitors can join him on his journey through the marina by renting a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or character pedal boat from Ventura Boat Rentals to join the fun.
